Determine if the following system of equations has no solution , infinitely many solutions or exactly one solution .A = Infinitely Many Solutions B = One Solution C = No solutions

PROBLEM
x + 2y = -6
4x + 6y = -26
METHOD
Use substitution method
x + 2y = - 6 ........................................... 1
4x + 6y = -26 ......................................... 2
make x from equation 1 as subject of formula
x + 2y = -6
x = -6 - 2y
substitute x in equation 2
4(-6 - 2y) + 6y = -26
-24 - 8y + 6y = -26
-2y = -26 + 24
-2y = -2
y = -2/-2
y = 1
Now, solve for x
x = -6 - 2y
x = -6 -2(1)
x = -6 - 2
x = -8
( -8, 1) the system of equation has ONE SOLUTION
