You can go around the neighborhood compliment everyone, or bake some cookies or buy it and give it to some of your neighbors. Basically be nice and talkative but not to talkative just engage in a conversation.

You can pick up the trash. Be nice to Your neighbors and ask how their day has been. Be a good person and help out with lawn and garden. Pick up any trash you see.
