you should refuse his offer and call either a friend you trust or a family member to pick you up. from the smell of alcohol form his breath, there could be a chance of him being intoxicated. drunk driving can cause crashes and deaths.

Refuse the ride kindly, if he starts getting aggressive which I think he will due to the fact he has been drinking stay near a friend nearby that hasn't yet drinked. If all are drunk and you don't have another transport call a taxi take bus or call your mother even if you escaped without permission. Anything but accepting the ride.
