A dosen't answer the "why", it just simply states an opinion. B argues a strong, logical point but is still unclear as to why that affects people (which i assume is the point you are trying to make). In D, its not explained why this matters. Sure, the animals live there, but why does it matter? C is logical and affects everyone since when all need oxygen to survive. It's a very resonable and solid argument to make.
