The first equation that we can deduce from the question is
QR/PR = 3/2
2QR = 3PR
PR = 2QR/3
The second equation is
PR = QR - 4
Putting the value of PR from first equation in the second, we get
PR = QR - 4
2QR/3 = QR - 4
2QR = 3QR - 12
2QR - 3QR = - 12
-QR = -12
QR = 12
Then
PR = QR - 4
      = 12 - 4
      = 8
The correct option is option "B".
