Help me come up with a good gamer username!!

kind of a weird request but i didn’t know where else to go. so ive been trying to come up with a username that has my name “Savana” involved in it.
Example 1: my friends name is Espinosa and he came up with the username “HipNosa” using a couple letters of his name, but it sounds like the real word “hypnosis”.
Example 2: Friends name is Hale and he came up with the username “HaleNaw” Like “hell nah”
